Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order details to request a cancellation, exchange or return. Requests are reviewed according to product condition, preparation stage and the specifications you approved.

For made-to-order items, amendment and cancellation terms are explained before production begins. Any return arrangements or charges are explained before agreement.

For defects or a difference from agreed specifications, send photos and details so we can review the appropriate remedy. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
